MOLKA is an independent handmade project based in Poland.
MOLKA is a brand name used for the online presentation and sale of handmade products created and offered by a natural person carrying out unregistered activity in Poland.

2. Products
MOLKA offers handmade bags, knitwear and other handmade creations.
Because our products are handmade, small differences in colour, texture, stitching and other details may occur.
These differences are natural characteristics of handmade products and do not constitute defects when they are consistent with the product description.
3. Prices
All product prices displayed on the website are stated in PLN unless otherwise indicated.
The applicable price is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
Any applicable delivery charges are shown before the order is completed.
4. Orders
By placing an order, you agree to purchase the selected product for the price displayed at checkout.
The order becomes binding when the purchase is accepted and payment is successfully completed, subject to applicable law.
5. Payment
Secure payments with Stripe
We accept secure online payments through Stripe.
You can pay by credit or debit card. Depending on your location, other payment methods may also be available at checkout.
All available payment options will be shown before you complete your order.
Your payment is processed securely by Stripe.
6. Shipping
Orders are usually prepared within 1-3 business days.
Estimated delivery times are provided on our Shipping & Returns page.
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays or customs procedures.
7. Right of Withdrawal
For online purchases, consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights granted to consumers by applicable law.

Each MOLKA piece is handmade and may contain small variations resulting from the materials and techniques used.
Where a product description shows or describes such characteristics, these should be understood as part of the individual nature of the piece.

All photographs, texts, graphics, logos, designs and other original content published on the MOLKA website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
They may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without prior permission, except where permitted by law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary, particularly when our website, products or applicable legal requirements change.
The version applicable to an order is the version in force at the time the order is placed.
