Every MOLKA order is prepared by hand.
Orders are usually prepared within 1-3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information where available.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures and other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Free worldwide shipping on orders over 600 PLN.
For orders below 600 PLN, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and available delivery options.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
If you purchase a MOLKA product online, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days.
For a single-product order, the 14-day period generally begins on the day you, or a person indicated by you other than the carrier, receive the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear statement informing us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, please return the product without undue delay and within the applicable statutory period.
The direct cost of returning the product is normally the responsibility of the buyer, unless applicable law requires otherwise or MOLKA has agreed to cover it.
The product should be returned in a condition that allows us to verify its nature, characteristics and functioning. You may handle the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, but you may be responsible for any decrease in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.
When a valid withdrawal is made, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option available in our offer, subject to the applicable legal rules.
How to return an order
If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, please email us at info@molka.online within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will confirm your withdrawal and provide the return instructions and return address.
Exceptions
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in certain situations defined by law.
This may include products that are made according to the customer's individual specifications or clearly personalized.
The fact that a product is handmade, unique or sold as part of a limited collection does not by itself remove the statutory right of withdrawal.
Since MOLKA currently does not offer custom orders, this exception should only matter if you introduce personalized products in the future.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

- photographs of the product,
- photographs of the packaging, where relevant.
This helps us understand what happened and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Complaints & Non-Conformity
If a MOLKA product is not in conformity with the contract, you may exercise your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
Depending on the circumstances, these rights may include requesting repair or replacement, and in cases provided by law, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.
The seller's statutory responsibility for lack of conformity generally lasts two years from delivery of the product. The seller should respond to a consumer's complaint within 14 days; failure to respond within that period is treated as acceptance of the complaint where the law so provides.

The customer does not need to provide a receipt specifically in order to make a complaint, although proof of purchase can make the process easier.
Customs & Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
MOLKA does not control the amount or timing of customs charges.
